Nature of This Resource

This is a private reference website. It does not store official jail, release, inmate, parole, or court records. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, alter a sentence, file a request, or act for any public office. Allegheny County Jail, UJS, PA DOC, the Pennsylvania Parole Board, BOP, ICE, and other custodians remain responsible for their own records and actions.

The site points visitors toward public agencies and record channels relevant to Allegheny County and may connect them with outside research tools. A link or search feature is a route to another provider, not a promise that the provider will return a particular result.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors must use the service lawfully and without harming people, systems, or other users. In particular, a visitor may not:

Allegheny County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It supplies no background check, credit report, or consumer report. Its advertising and search partners do not provide screening services through this site. Pennsylvania Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that must be filed in court shall be brought in a court of proper jurisdiction within Pennsylvania. Nothing in these terms changes statutory access procedures for official records, including the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101 et seq.

Remaining Terms Stay Effective

If a court finds any provision invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the provision will be narrowed or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable where possible. Every other provision will remain in full force.
